From Zero to First Sale: A 14-Day Plan

You don’t need a perfect brand to make the first sale. You need focus and proof. Follow this two-week sprint.

Day 1–2: Clarify the offer

Pick one product. Write the promise in one sentence. Define a clear price and a simple guarantee.

Day 3–5: Ship a fast storefront

Use a clean theme, one hero image, benefit bullets, social proof, and a single CTA. Configure payments and shipping.

  • Enable Apple/Google Pay
  • Add returns policy and FAQ

Day 6–9: Generate traffic on purpose

Run one paid social campaign with 3–5 hooks pointing to the same PDP/LP. Ask 5 friends for feedback and one share each.

Day 10–12: Fix the leaks

Identify the biggest drop: CTR, CR, or checkout. Patch with clearer offer, tighter hero, or trust cues.

Day 13–14: Lock the learnings

Write what worked. Cut what didn’t. Set a weekly cadence for one new test and one new creative.
